rosemary, apple cider vinegar and vegetable glycerin

How to use: Earth Cures Herbs Herbal Anxiety Tincture Shake well, can be taken directly in the mouth,
on a small amount of food, or in a small amount of water.
Not recommended on an empty stomach
Not  recommended if pregnant

Dosage:
In the moment to achieve in the moment results, take 4 dropperfuls if needed and repeat in 5 minutes
Move through it in order to support optimum recovery rates, take 4 dropperfuls and repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to 3-4 times a day
Daily use for a daily tonic take 4 dropperfuls 2-4 times a day

Droppers: when the dropper is immersed in a tincture bottle and bulb squeezed, the pipette will fill. It will not fill the whole pipette, but one squeeze of the bulb is 1 dropperful. There are approximately 50 drops per dropperful
Teaspoon: there are approximately 6 dropperfuls in 1 teaspoon
